Managing your queue
Learn how to view, organize, and manage your scheduled posts.
Queue overview
Your Queue shows all your posts in one place:
- Scheduled: Posts waiting to be published
- Published: Posts that have been posted to X
- Failed: Posts that couldn't be published
Viewing your queue
Queue tabs
Switch between tabs to see different post statuses:
- Scheduled: All posts waiting to publish
- Published: All posts that have been published
- Failed: Posts that failed to publish
Queue information
Each post shows:
- Content preview
- Scheduled time (for scheduled posts)
- Published time (for published posts)
- Media attachments (if any)
- Post type (regular post, thread, poll)
Editing posts
Edit scheduled posts
- Find the post in Scheduled tab
- Click the edit icon
- Change content, media, or schedule time
- Click "Save"
Edit threads
- Find the thread in Scheduled tab
- Click the edit icon
- Edit any message, add/remove messages, or change schedule
- Click "Save"
Note: You can only edit posts that haven't published yet.
Deleting posts
Delete scheduled posts
- Find the post in Scheduled tab
- Click the delete icon
- Confirm deletion
Note: This only removes the post from lucette. If it's already published on X, you'll need to delete it there too.
Delete published posts
Published posts can't be deleted from lucette. Delete them directly on X if needed.
Reordering posts (drag & drop)
You can reorder scheduled posts by dragging:
- Find the post you want to move
- Click and hold the post
- Drag it to a new position
- Release to drop
Note: lucette will automatically adjust times to respect minimum intervals.
Viewing published posts
See post on X
- Go to Published tab
- Find your post
- Click the link to view on X
View analytics
Plus plan only:
- Go to Published tab
- Find your post
- View analytics:
- Views
- Likes
- Retweets
- Replies
- Engagement rate
Managing failed posts
Retry failed posts
- Go to Failed tab
- Find the failed post
- Click the retry icon
- lucette will try to publish again
Why posts fail
Common reasons:
- X API temporary issues
- Network connectivity problems
- X account issues
- Token expiration (rare)
Note: lucette automatically retries failed posts, but you can also retry manually.
